Repeat clients are the highest compliment.
After a few years of living in their build-to-suit nestled in University Park, this couple decided to relocate a few minutes northwest to the equally prestigious Preston Hollow.

Chris Jackson, Project Manager, built both of their homes.
"The fact that they wanted us to build their house again made it a very special process," said Jackson. "They really relied on us to lead them in the right direction both times, not having a lot of construction experience under their belts."

The floorplan was family-friendly.
"Despite each room having its own interesting personality, everything flows," said Jackson. "I liked their floorplan a lot."

Almost every room in the house excluding the closets were wallpapered.
"I have never seen so many patterns and textures coexist so tastefully," said Avery Owens, Construction Coordinator. "The designer did a great job pulling every detail together."

From built-ins to cabinetry to decorative accessories, the house is a reflection of its location.
"This house just feels like Dallas to me," said Owens. "It embodies Southern charm, tradition, and whimsy."
