To be closer to children and grandchildren, this couple relocated from Houston, Texas.
Their non-negotiable–a brick home.
"The husband felt like a lot of people were doing white homes and he really wanted a very classic, timeless brick look," said Kelly Ongena, Director of Sales.
The house was timeless in a few other ways.
"I loved the architecture," said Chris Jackson, Project Manager. "It was a three-story house with a common floorplan. It was a great layout."
Being custom-made, the clients were able to add characteristics unique to their lifestyle.
"They added a Murphy bed," said Jackson. "They utilized it a lot."
The house was well-lived in until the pair decided to relocate again.
"We had such a great experience with them that several years later, they decided to build another house with us, which is one of the best compliments a homeowner could give," said Ongena.
