Founded in 2009, Hawkins-Welwood Real Estate Services (HWRES) was created to assist lending institutions with REO properties. HWRES has the ability to offer a turnkey solution for banks with a full suite of services that range from stabilization to liquidation. Our company is uniquely equipped to assist with the challenges that arise with REO properties. We are committed to prudently managing your financial institution's risk associated with each home.

With each property we manage, we complete a broker price opinion (BPO) by which we study the overall market to recommend a sales strategy with pricing. Along with the BPO, recommendations may also be made for stabilization purposes.

HWRES is a full service brokerage that can actively market your homes in MLS in addition to multiple other media outlets. We have relationships with local agents in all areas of the Dallas/Ft. Worth area which enables us to network with other realtors to quickly sell your institution's home for the highest amount.
